At Brockstock, the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all attendees, performers, staff and volunteers is our highest priority. We are committed to delivering a safe, well-managed and enjoyable event for everyone.
Comprehensive risk assessments are undertaken across all areas of the site, and appropriate control measures are implemented, including trained personnel, clearly marked facilities, and established emergency procedures.
By attending Brockstock, you agree to comply with all site rules, event policies and instructions given by staff.
🛑 General Safety & Site Conduct

All attendees must follow instructions from event staff, stewards and security at all times

Any hazards, incidents or concerns should be reported immediately to a member of staff

Please remain aware of your surroundings, particularly in high-traffic areas such as the stage, bar and entrances

All site signage must be observed, including no access and restricted access areas

Failure to comply with site rules, signage or staff instructions may result in removal from the event without refund
🚑 Welfare, First Aid & Event Support

A Control Tent is located at the main entrance and acts as the central point for event coordination
-
A dedicated First Aid Tent is positioned nearby and is operational throughout the event
Our team of trained event staff are easily identifiable in bright pink hi-vis T-shirts and are in constant communication with the Control Tent.
They are available to assist with:

First aid and medical support

Lost children and safeguarding concerns

Lost property
-
General enquiries (including set times and directions)
If you require assistance at any time, please approach a member of staff — they are there to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
🎟️ Entry, Wristbands & Access Control

All attendees will be issued with a wristband upon entry, which must be worn at all times

Wristbands are colour-coded and day-specific:

Yellow – Saturday access

Green – Sunday access
-
Red Stripe – Weekend access
-

Wristbands are non-transferable and must not be removed or tampered with

Any wristband that is damaged, removed or altered will be considered invalid
-
Anyone found without a valid wristband or in breach of access rules may be refused entry or removed from the event
🍺 Alcohol Policy & External Drinks

No external alcohol or drinks are permitted to be brought onto the site
-
Any such items will be confiscated and held at the front gate, and can be collected upon exiting the event

Anyone found consuming alcohol not purchased on site will be required to surrender it immediately

Continued or deliberate breach of this policy may result in removal from the event
🪪 Alcohol Sales – Challenge 21 Policy

Brockstock operates a strict Challenge 21 policy

If you appear under the age of 21, you may be asked to provide valid photo identification

Accepted forms of ID include:

UK Driving Licence

PASS-accredited proof of age card

Failure to provide valid ID when requested will result in refusal of service

No alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 18
🎸 Stage & Backstage Safety

The stage and backstage areas are strictly restricted and are not accessible to the public

Access is permitted only to authorised personnel with a valid AAA (All Access Areas) pass

All performers, crew and authorised personnel must comply with stage management instructions at all times
-
All band equipment, instruments and personal items are brought onto site entirely at the owner’s risk

Brockstock accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage
-
Performers are responsible for their own safety during performances, and any incidents or accidents occurring during a performance are at the performer’s own risk
👨👩👧👦 Children, Families & Activities

Brockstock is a family-friendly event, however all children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of children in their care

The Family Zone, inflatables and activity areas must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided

Brockstock accepts no responsibility for incidents arising from misuse of activity equipment
🏰 Inflatables & Activity Areas

All inflatables and activity equipment are used at the user’s own risk
-
Users must follow all safety instructions and any age, height or capacity restrictions
-
Rough play, misuse or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the activity or event
🐾 Animals

Well-behaved pets are welcome at Brockstock

All animals must be kept on a lead at all times

Owners are responsible for the behaviour, safety and welfare of their pets

Any fouling must be cleaned up immediately
-
Aggressive or uncontrolled animals may be required to leave the site
⚠️ Behaviour & Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times

Anti-social, unsafe, aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated

Brockstock reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to others or disrupts the event
🌦️ Weather & Environment

Brockstock is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions

Attendees are advised to dress appropriately and prepare for changing conditions

Free water is available on site — please stay hydrated, particularly in warm weather
🎒 Personal Property

All personal belongings are brought onto site at the owner’s risk

Brockstock accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage

Tickets are non-refundable due to weather. This does not effect ticketing rights due to cancellation.
🚨 Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, stewards and emergency services

Evacuation procedures will be communicated if required

First aid facilities are available throughout the event

Entry to Brockstock is subject to compliance with all event rules, policies and instructions issued by staff. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.
